1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aceautomotivepasadena.com (the "Site"), operated by Ace Automotive & Tires Inc, doing business as ACE Performance ("ACE," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the website. The repair work we perform on your vehicle is governed by the written estimate and invoice you receive at the shop and by California law, as summarized in Section 4.

2. Website information is general

Content on the Site describes our services in general terms. It is not a quote, an estimate, or a promise that a particular repair, part, or price is available for your vehicle. Services, equipment, hours, and pricing can change without notice. Photographs show vehicles we have actually serviced; results for your vehicle depend on its condition and the work you authorize.

3. Appointments and online booking

The "Book Online" buttons open AutoOps, an independent scheduling service. Your use of AutoOps is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. An online booking is a request. It becomes a confirmed appointment when we confirm it by phone, text, or email. Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information so we can reach you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can so the time can be offered to another customer.

4. Your rights as a repair customer

ACE is registered with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). California's Automotive Repair Act gives you the following protections, and we follow them on every job:

• You are entitled to a written estimate for parts and labor before any work begins, and the final invoice will not exceed the estimate without your prior authorization.
• You may request the return of replaced parts, except parts that must be returned to a supplier under warranty or exchange, if you ask at the time the estimate is written.
• You are entitled to an itemized invoice listing parts and labor, identifying any used, rebuilt, or reconditioned parts.
• You may authorize a diagnosis or teardown separately from the repair itself.

Questions or complaints about a repair may be directed to us first, and to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Department of Consumer Affairs, at 1-800-952-5210 or www.bar.ca.gov.

5. New-customer offer

The new-customer offer described on the Site is subject to the following terms:

• Available to first-time customers of ACE only, one time per customer.
• Applies to services with a pre-tax subtotal of $200 or more.
• The 10% discount applies to the first $1,000 of the pre-tax service total, for a maximum discount of $100.
• Please mention the offer when you book or before your estimate is written. It cannot be applied after an invoice is finalized.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Excludes sales tax and government fees.
• Valid through December 31, 2026. We may correct errors in how the offer is described, but any correction will not affect an appointment already booked under the offer.

6. Repair warranty

We warrant the parts we supply and the labor we perform for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the invoice date, whichever comes first. The written terms on your invoice control. In general the warranty:

• Covers defects in the parts we supplied and in our workmanship, repaired at our shop at no charge for the covered repair.
• Does not cover customer-supplied parts (accepted only by prior arrangement and installed without warranty), normal wear items, or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, racing, modification, or work performed elsewhere.
• Does not cover problems unrelated to the work we performed.

This warranty gives you specific rights. It does not limit any rights you have under California law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, or under federal law.

7. Payment, financing, and vehicle pickup

Payment is due when the work is completed and before the vehicle is released. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at the shop. Financing through Snap Finance or CarCare is offered by those companies, subject to their approval and their terms, and we are not a lender. Under California law (Civil Code Section 3068), a repair facility holds a lien on a vehicle for authorized repair charges until they are paid. Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after we notify you that the work is complete may be subject to storage fees as posted at the shop.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Customer quotes on the Site are taken from real reviews that customers posted publicly on Google and Yelp. Names are shortened to protect privacy, and quotes may be trimmed for length without changing their meaning. Star ratings and review counts reflect those platforms at the time shown and change over time. Individual experiences vary, and a review is not a guarantee of a particular result. We do not pay for reviews and we do not suppress negative ones.

9. Careers

Job openings listed on the Site are filled through Indeed. Applications submitted there are subject to Indeed's terms and privacy policy. ACE is an equal opportunity employer.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, photographs, graphics, and code on the Site are owned by Ace Automotive & Tires Inc or used with permission and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or use requires our written permission.

ACE Performance is an independent repair facility. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by BMW AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Audi AG, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., Ferrari S.p.A., Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited, Bentley Motors Limited, Aston Martin Lagonda Limited, Maserati S.p.A., Alfa Romeo, Jaguar Land Rover Limited, or any other vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names, logos, and model designations appearing on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we service. References to "certified" technicians describe training and credentials our technicians hold and do not mean that ACE is a factory-authorized dealer or service center.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site links to websites and services we do not control, including AutoOps, Google Maps, Google and Yelp review pages, Indeed, and social media platforms. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

12. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its hosting, scrape or copy its content in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, ACE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked service.

Nothing in this Section limits our responsibility for the repair work we perform, which is governed by your invoice, our written warranty, and California law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

15. General terms and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Questions about these Terms can be directed to:
